Just a note to thank you for making our recent loss easier to handle. Your “four generations of caring" was shown to [our] Aunt as well as to the rest of our family, and for this we are grateful.

We would like to thank you for caring and sharing with us during the Homegoing of our father. As you know, this has been one of the most difficult times of our lives. We will always remember the kindness you showed to us. May God continue to Bless and Keep You is our prayer.

My daughters and I are most appreciative of your kind patience [and] understanding of our feelings. Your note last month meant much to us. The past year has been tough, but God has been with us.

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation in your care and concern for my father and his family. The love, commitment and care that you showed will always remain near and dear to me. I know some would say it is your job, but personally you are great at what you do. Continue to be true, caring and show concern to your public...I believed that everything was in capable hands before we started and you really confirmed my belief and thoughts. Your help in making a sad and somewhat uncomfortable situation bearable will continue to be expressed to all who will listen. You succeeded in [carrying] out all our requests. I hope you will continue to smile and make others feel as blessed as you made us. I still apologize for all the eccentric things I have done, and especially some of the things I said. My family has always told me that I say exactly what I am thinking, for it is the truth.

I just want to say thanks for all of the help that you all showed me and my family. It has been an honor working with you all. I have been doing fine for a 17 year old girl who lost her first baby. Thanks for everything, [and] remember to keep my family and me in all your prayers. Thanks for working with me for the first time because I did not know what I was doing. [T]hanks for all the patience you showed. This is from the bottom of my heart, [as] I could not find a card to say what I wanted to say. I really appreciate [you].

Our family wishes to personally thank you and your excellent staff for the manner in which you handled the arrangements for our mother. [W]e deeply appreciate the dignity, effort, and professionalism of the entire staff. Please thank all of them for us. You certainly went far beyond your usual quality service and reached out to the family. This act of kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. May the Lord shower his blessings upon you.

Greetings in the sweet name of Jesus. I want to personally thank you for going out of your way to help our family during such a trying time. Your patience, perseverance and humility will always stand out in my mind and heart. Tell the entire Poole staff that I said “thanks.”
