Marcus O. Harris

Marcus Okee Harris was born July 27, 1973, in Birmingham, Alabama to Kathryn Harris-Holmes and Carl Killings. He was the youngest son of four.Marcus graduated from Midfield High School in 1992. After working a couple of jobs, he found his place in HVAC, where he worked for over ten years. traveling down long roads, Marcus found happiness with his fiancé, Fayedra Madison. On August 7, 1988, Marcus gave his life to Christ. As he got older, he said that "For Christ's sake, I'll leave all behind". Marcus was an overall loving and caring son, brother, father, grandfather, fiancé and friend. The Lord called Marcus home on June 19, 2021. Those left behind to cherish the beautiful memories are his mother, Kathryn Harris-Holmes; father, Carl Killings; two brothers, Eric Harris and Deon Harris; baby sister, Aurelia Holmes; two sons, Marcus Ellis and Matthew Harris; two daughters, Kaelah Madison and Aliyah Harris; three grandchildren, Jordan Williams, Audrey Mincey and Noah Madison; his loving fiancé, Fayedra Madison, along with extended family and close friends.
