Jennifer "Jen-Jen" Washington

     On October 29, 1981, to Birmingham, Alabama, a bundle
of joy was born to Fredrick and Eunice Washington.
Jennifer departed this life on Thursday, May 1, 2025,
at 2:35 AM. She received Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and
Savior at an early age.
     Her early education was in the Birmingham public school
system. She attended Virginia College where she earned
her degree. She was employed at Walgreen’s as a Pharmacy
Technician at the time of her death.
     She was an excellent cook and truly loved it. Jennifer brought
joy and laughter wherever she went and was a true friend and
confidant to many. She was a blessing to all of us and she didn’t
play about those she cherished. Without fail, she was always
putting others before herself. She was our “Jen-Jen.”
     She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents,
Overseer Dan and Reverend B. Edwards; and paternal
grandparents, Fredrick and Frankie Washington.
     Jennifer leaves to cherish her memory: her three beautiful
children, Jamaree Alexander, Takira Faith, and Makenzie Grace;
devoted mother, Eunice Washington; devoted father, Fredrick
Washington; two sisters, JoAnna and Frankie; two brothers,
Frederick (Erica) Washington and Branden Washington, all
of Birmingham, Alabama; and she will be greatly missed by a
host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, coworkers, and
friends.
