Harry Louis Marbury

Mr. Harry Louis Marbury was born on March 14, 1952 in Birmingham, Alabama to Mr. Louis Marbury and Ms. Lula Mae Irby. Harry attended Ullman High School and Booker T. Washington Business College. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Titusville A.O. H. Church of God where he met his fiancée, Edna Dudley. They were joined in holy matrimony on December 23, 1977. This union was blessed with two sons, Rahshi and Micah. Later, they became members of the Deliverance Church of Jesus Christ, Apostolic Inc. where he was a faithful member until his passing.During his lifetime, he was employed at several companies, including Stockham Valve and Fittings, Stephen Graphics and Aramark. He always took pride in the quality of his work and was a faithful and dependable employee. He was a hardworking, dedicated and kind-hearted person who truly cared about others. On Friday, March 29, 2019, our beloved husband, father, brother and friend transitioned into eternity after God guided him through his courageous battle with cancer. Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Louis Marbury and Ms. Lula Mae Irby and his brother, Samuel T. Irby. He is survived by his loving wife, Edna Marbury; daughter, Shadonna White; sons, Rahshi (Dinell) Marbury and Micah (Sarah) Marbury; sisters, Judy Richardson of Rochester, New York; Patricia (James) Vaughn of Chicago, Illinois and Senorita Oates of Brighton, Alabama; and brother, Alfonso (Denise) Marbury of Fairfield, Alabama. God further enriched his family with grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
