Gregory Smith II

Gregory Smith II, the son of the late Gregory Smith and Donna Smith, was born February 8, 1991. He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Smith; grandmother, Lena Smith; grandfathers, Albert Smith and Jesse Howard, Jr.

Gregory was baptized at Bethel Baptist Church by Pastor T.L. Lewis. He was a product of the Birmingham City School system. He attended Jackson Olin High School where he participated in the marching band and played the tuba. He attended Miles College where he played tuba as well. His favorite pastimes included his time spent in the marching band. He was a lover of all types of music, cooking, singing, dancing as well as a deep passion for the arts and painting.

Also, he would extend a helping hand to anyone in need. Gregory leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Donna Smith; sister, Janishia Smith; grandmother, Mamie Howard; uncles, Reginald Smith, Larry Asberry, Eric (Sabrina) Howard and Darian (Tarsha) Howard; aunts, Felicia Browning and Linda (Milton) Doss and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
