Erica Marie (Chiles) Hoskin

Erica Marie Chiles Hoskin was born August 31, 1982, to Willie Jerome Chiles and the late Myra Gail Poole Chiles.  She confessed Christ at an early age at Sardis Missionary Baptist Church.    She attended Ensley and Midfield High Schools.  She was a graduate of U.A.B.   She was employed at Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

Erica was united in marriage to Jasper Hoskin.  From this union came two children, Jamaya and Jayla Hoskin.

On Sunday, January 25, 2026, God called her home to rest from her labor and receive her crown. She leaves to celebrate her life: father, Willie Jerome Chiles; twin brother, Eric Dee Chiles;  sister, Vanisha Lane;  daughters, Jamaya and Jayla; Jasper Hoskin; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

The Celebration of Life service for Erica Marie Chiles Hoskin will be available via livestream for those unable to attend in person.
