Obituary
Arthur Mabry was born December 14, 1942 in Birmingham, Alabama to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Mabry Sr. Arthur is preceded in death by his lovely wife of 60 years Betty Jean Mabry December 20, 2020. He leaves to cherish his memories five children: Stephenie Coney (Christopher), Patricia Williams, Valerie Haynes (Lee), Marie Lee and Arthur Mabry Jr.  Arthur also leaves behind 9 grandchildren: Shakita Haywood (Brandon),Teresa Williams, Shawnta Byron( Labarron), Cordarryl Mabry, Tiffany Simon (Antonio), Latasha Haynes, Takira Williams, Cameron Haynes, Keisha Neal, twelve Great Grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  He is survived by three brothers: Lamar Mabry, Charles Mabry (Ernestine) and James Mabry (Elizabeth), two brother-in-laws: Johnny Holmes (Velma) and Joe Hatcher; a host of nieces and nephews along with other friends and relatives.

The Broken Chain
We knew that God was going to call your name In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for a part of us went with you , the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories
Your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
