Sister Annie L. Sanford was born September 11, 1948, to the late Solomon Milliner and Emma Taylor in Chilton County, Alabama.
She was educated in the Chilton County School District. At an early age, Annie accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior with Baptist beliefs and found solace in her faith. Sister Sanford was employed and had a successful career at Birmingham Stove and Range, Greg's Cookies and CVS until retirement.
On May 17,2024 our beloved Annie Louise Sanford went to dance with abandon on the streets of heaven where she is preceded in death by her late husband James Craig, brothers Isaac Leonard, Charlie Leonard, Billy Leonard, Samuel Taylor, Solomon Milliner and Sister Alice Elmore.
Cherishing her memories are: daughters; Shelia Goodson, Pamela Goodson, Tangela Goodson; 8 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren, Sister Joise Milliner and a host of nieces and nephews.
Sister Annie Sanford was a woman of simple pleasures and found joy in the company of her family and friends. She will be remembered for her diverse taste in music and true passion for The Alabama Crimson Tide "Roll Tide". She had a remarkable impact on the lives of those who knew her. Her presence exuded love and joy.
