Mother Annie Pearl (Wright) Hullett was born on May 15, 1926 in Lowndes County (Collirene), Alabama to the late Sam and Sarah (Reynolds) Wright. She was the ninth of ten children. She was united in marriage to Ransom Hullett in 1946, who preceded her in death. To this union three children were born; Sandral, Gloria, and Charles. Mother Hullett accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age while attending the Old Bethel Baptist Church in Collirene, Alabama. She was a graduate of Selma High School, a homemaker for many years, and later retired from the Birmingham Federal Reserve Bank. Mother Hullett committed her life to God and her church. She was a devoted member of Hudson City Apostolic Overcoming Holy (AOH) Church of God for approximately 73 years. Her dedicated service included; church Mother, church Secretary, Board Member, Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, District Superintendent, and District Mother.She leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters Dr. Sandral Hullett-Robertson (Charles) and Gloria Hullett-Smith, a son Elder Charles Hullett (Martha), a sister Amy Wright Minor, a brother-in-law Reverend Edmond Hullett, a great nephew Jermaine Wright, grandchildren Strelitzia (Kenny) King, Amberley Smith, Chad Hullett, Darnell (Arilla) Carlisle, Asota Wayne, Kandace Scott and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
