Alesia “Faye” was born on June 3, 1962, to the late Mr. Joe Lee
Johnson and Mrs. Bertha Campbell in Birmingham, Alabama.
Alesia “Faye” confessed her life to Christ at an early age later
attending New Testament House of Refugee until she became ill.
She was educated in the Jefferson County School System.
Alesia “Faye” was a loving and caring homemaker. She was a
devoted mother, wife, and grandmother.
She was called home to her well deserved on April 2, 2025. She
was preceded in death by her parents, Mrs. Bertha Lee Campbell
and Mr. Joe Lee Johnson; stepfather, Mr. Clarence Campbell;
grandparents, Mrs. Plummie and Mr. Joe L. Johnson, Mrs.
Lucille Ashford, Mrs. Servilla and Ruben Files; siblings, Mrs.
Joann Rosen and Johnny Wayne Johnson; and her nephew,
Johnny Wayne Smith.
She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory; husband, Marlon
“Woody” Flanigan; three daughters, Angelisa Flanigan, Alexandra
(Kenneth) Flanigan-Jiles, and Amelia (Billy) Flanigan-Carlton;
one son, Marlon (LaKeshia) Flanigan, Jr.; 17 grandchildren; and
three great-grandchildren; one brother, Ruben (Pamela) Files;
one sister, Tyesha Johnson; two stepsisters, Rita Price and Myra
Campbell; one stepbrother, Michael (Tammie) Campbell; three
sisters-in-law, Gladys Hammond, Cecelia (Ronnie) Flanigan,
and Sharonda Flanigan; two brothers-in-law, Michael (Sherri)
Flanigan, and Edsel Earl Flanigan; and a list of uncles, aunts,
nieces,
